BDI Weld On Basic Rock Rails

BDI Weld On Basic Rock Rails are designed to be welded directly to the Ford factory Rock Rails. 

Coating on the factory rails must be ground off at weld locations.

With vehicle on flat ground, use a floor jack or blocks to hold the BDI rail level to the ground and in contact with the factory rails. Tack weld into position. BDI recommends using cardboard or a piece of cloth to cover the doors/body of your bronco while doing the tack welds.

With BDI rail tack welded into position, it is easiest to remove the factor rail from the vehicle to complete the welds.

BDI recommends using Rust-Oleum Professional spray paint. Start with a primer for best results. BDI does not have any relationship with Rust-Oleum, we've just found that it work really well!

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

BDI is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Returns

BDI is committed to producing and selling the highest quality products. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, please contact us at support@backroaddynamics.com for resolution. If we can't figure out how to make it work for you, you can return your item in the original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
